Kate’s Real Food Bars are a line of energy bars made from all-natural, organic ingredients. Having tried several sample bars, we can definitely attest to the quality. Their Tiki Bar, for example, tastes great, with a mellow coconut flavor accented with cashew, and a slight hint of mango. The bars are also guaranteed to remain completely edible even when cold, and after having stored one of the bars (Handle Bar – dark chocolate, cherry, almond) in the fridge for an extended period, we’ve found this is true. Although it did stiffen, unlike other food bars, it was still easy enough to break apart and chew.
