Raven Concealment Systems – VanGuard 3 Holster

The VanGuard 3 is the latest iteration of Raven Concealment’s line of minimalist IWB holsters. The VanGuard 3, or VG3, is designed to accommodate a weapon light, covering only the light and trigger guard of the weapon. The VG3 is ambidextrous, tuckable, and can be worn anywhere on the waistline excluding the small of the back. Currently, the VG3 is available only for use with the SureFire X300 Ultra A/B weapon lights, and a wide variety of commercially available pistols.

In recognition of the release of Star Wars Episode VII, we’d like to remind you about a very relevant product from Safariland – the 4SBWU Lightsaber Tactical Holster.

The 4SBWU Lightsaber Tactical Holster is a holster for an elegant weapon, for a more civilized age. Oregon Trail Defense – Nub Mod Now Available For Level 3 Holsters

Earlier in the year, we wrote about Oregon Trail Defense’s Nub Mod for Safariland ALS holsters. Now, OTD is offering a model of the Nub Mod for SLS Level 3 holsters, which are a popular choice with many LE agencies. The Nub Mod is a drop-in replacement piece made of anodized, machined aluminum. It offers a more ergonomic contact point for the thumb break lever, with a reverse angle which matches up with the pad of the user’s thumb, and a wider body which decreases the potential to miss the activation lever.

FirstSpear Friday Focus – SSV IWB Single Pistol Mag Pocket

For this week’s Friday Focus, we’re taking a look at the SSV, In-The-Belt Pistol Mag Pocket, Single. The SSV, In-The-Belt Pistol Mag Pocket, Single is the latest addition to the SSV product line. It features a Molded J Clip, and a back-up dummy cord, for if the J Clip walks off the belt. The Mag Pocket is ambidextrous, with beveled down corners providing better purchase on the exposed magazine during reloads, and rounded taper on both lower corners for comfort when sitting for long periods of time.

High Threat Concealment – Glock Evolution Holster

HTC’s Evolution Holster is now available for various Glock model pistols. The Evolution is designed to change between three carry methods: Outside waistband, Inside waistband, and Appendix Carry, all by changing the attachment hardware; the Evolution can also be canted up to 15 degrees in any of the three carry options.

The Evolution is made of Boltaron thremoplastic, and comes with a Foldover Belt Clip for IWB and a set of closed belt loops for OWB.
