The Genesis 762 is the first in the new SureFire Genesis series of sound suppressors. SureFire claims the Genesis is the quietest .30 cal thread-on suppressor ever built, with a listed sound report as low as 120 dB (when used with .300 BLK subsonic ammunition). It is constructed of stainless steel and Inconel, and features a front hex-head design, which allows for installation & removal even when mounted under an encompassing handguard. The Genesis 762 is designed for use with .300 BLK, .308, and 300 Win Mag, but also works well with 5.56mm.
Available in Black and Flat Dark Earth.
SureFire’s SOCOM300 SPS Fast-Attach suppressor is, according to SureFire, capable of a sound report as low as 120 dB with the use of .300 BLK Subsonic ammunition. The SOCOM300 SPS is manufactured from Stainless Steel and Inconel, and features highly-specialized v-shaped baffles. Designed for use with .300 BLK subsonic and supersonic ammo, and is also effective for use with .308. 300 Win Mag, and 5.56mm.

Converting the M4 to the M4A1 Configuration
Saturday, December 12th, 2015In this video from 2014, technicians from Anniston Army Depot, Alabama and TACOM are performing the Modification Work Order upgrades from M4 to the M4A1 configuration on site at Ft Riley. The M4s will receive a new, heavier barrel, ambidextrous safety and a conversion from 3-round burst to full-auto fire. They can be seen moving along at a pretty good pace, upgrading about 300 Carbines per day. The extent of the MWO can be seen in the graphic above.

ACS – The Trigger Pouch

I first checked out ACS’ Trigger Pouch at MiliPol while walking around with the guys from Knight’s Armamemnt. It is a PALS-mountable, quick-deployment device for grenades and distraction devices such as flashbangs, developed by two operatives from the Israeli elite counter terror unit YAMAM and manufactured by Advanced Combat Solutions. It secures the grenade or distraction device within its housing, where it can be quickly pulled away and deployed in one swift, fluid motion.
The Trigger Pouch is currently available for the M67 frag grenade and CTS/CTI & Safariland Flashbangs, with other grenades. Trey Knight got a sample which he plans on using during his next grenade throw day at the range.
Blank Safe Live Round Interrupter

The BlankSafe is a Live Round Interrupter intended to stop live rounds from fully chambering during training scenarios where blank rounds are in use. The BlankSafe LRI was developed by two US Navy SEALs who had personally witnessed multiple incidents where personnel under training conditions mistakenly loaded a live round during training. The LRI seats within the chamber of a rifle, allowing blank rounds to load and fire, however stopping live rounds from fully chambering.
The LRI causes a .27″ interrupt distance within the firing chain of an M4 rifle when a live round is loaded, preventing the weapon from firing.

Aridus Industries – 12 Gauge Detachable Carrier

Aridus Industries’ Detachable Carrier is a retention device which holds six 12-gauge shotshells. It features an aluminum back plate, and stainless steel springs for shell retention. The Detachable Carrier is sized to fit within many AR-15 magazine pouches.
The Detachable Carrier is part of a two-component system, the second component being the Quick Detach Carrier. The Quick Detach Carrier is a mounting interface which allows the user to attach the Detachable Carrier to their shotgun of choice, then quickly pop off a spent carrier and mount a fresh one as required. It is currently available for Remington and Mossberg shotguns, with a universal mount planned for release next year.

AR-15 Wedge Lock in KeyMod
The AR-15 Wedge Lock in KeyMod is a KeyMod model of the WedgeLock rail which features short 45 degree KeyMod slots at the front. It is made from 7075-T6 extruded aluminum, and is compatible with any MilSpec upper receiver.
Includes handguard and comes with wedge system, titanium barrel nut, and assembly tools.

MATEN MKM
The MATEN MKM has been updated with the replacement of the KeyMod slots at the 45 degree angle with cutouts, save a small section of KeyMod still at the front of the 45 degree section of the rail. The MATEN MKM is a two-piece design, and has been black hard anodized with a surface hardness of 60 Rockwell. It is compatible only with the Mega Arms MATEN Billet lower.
Includes upper and hand-guard and comes with dust cover door installed, assembly screws, one 9 slot rail, barrel nut & wrench.
