TEA Headsets – 2015 Product Catalog
October 9th, 2015FirstSpear Friday Focus – Squadron Smock
October 9th, 2015For this week’s Friday Focus, we’re taking a look at a classic FirstSpear garment, the Squadron Smock. It was one of their first clothing items and this classic design remains one of my favorite jackets, years later. The shell fabric on the Squadron Smock is 330D by 3-ply 70D Taslanized nylon with DWR finish. Additionally, it integrates a gridded fleece yoke lining, 330D Cordura elbow reinforcements, as well as mesh interior pockets along the skirt.
The Squadron Smock features a total of 18 pockets, giving wearers a large amount of carriage capacity. The hood is sized to accommodate helmets, with drawstring and rear adjustments, and a wire stiffened brim. Two-way pit zips provide ventilation, and drawstrings along the waist and hem allow for adjustment to suit the wearer. The Squadron Smock also features scrim/camo attachment points along hood, upper back, and waist; 2-way main zipper with snap closure at bottom; and Velcro adjustable cuffs.
Available in Black, Coyote, and MultiCam.

Behind The Scenes With The 2016 Hot Shots Calendar
October 9th, 2015Each year, our friends at Edgar Brothers organize several companies and a band of models, to produce a pinup calendar in order to raise funds for military charities. We are media partners with Hot Shots Calendar specifically because of the great work they do to support the UK’s Help for Heroes as well as select US SOF charities. We ask that you continue to support these charities whether you purchase a Hot Shots Calendar or provide direct support.
This is a behind-the-scenes look at the making of the 2016 calendar. Please note, no military posts were infiltrated and no harm came to any self-propelled artillery pieces during the making of this calendar.

Inteliscope Integrates Seek Thermal Into PRO+ Model
October 8th, 2015Inteliscope introduces the Inteliscope PRO+ with Seek Mounting Kit for the Seek CompactXR Thermal Imaging Camera and is integrating the Seek software with the free Inteliscope app for an economical smartphone night-scope functionality.
SANDPOINT, Idaho, October 7, 2015 – Inteliscope LLC today announced it will launch the Inteliscope PRO+ rifle mount with Seek Mounting Kit for the Seek CompactXR Thermal Imaging Camera and is integrating the Seek software into the Inteliscope app for Android and Apple phones.
Using the Seek Thermal Software Development Kit (SDK), Inteliscope is integrating their software to allow the shooter to quickly switch from daytime to nighttime use, still have the rifle sighted in, and have full use of the Inteliscope reticles and heads-up information. The application is relevant to varmint hunting, personal protection, law enforcement, and military use; providing quality, commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) night-scope capability to any rifle for a fraction of the cost of stand-alone units.
“The Inteliscope PRO+ in combination with the Seek XR Thermal Imaging Camera begins a new chapter in the way we use technology on firearms and we think our customers are going to love it,” said Jason Giddings, Inteliscope’s CEO. “We can’t wait for people to start using the Seek thermal imaging technology to provide an affordable night-scope capability to enhance their shooting experience.”
This bundle of products will allow any shooter in possession of a smartphone to have a night vision-capable firearm for less than $500—making thermal night-scopes affordable for more shooters. This product is available now for pre-sale purchase at www.inteliscopes.com.
