FirstSpear Friday Focus – Non Stocking Non Standard Roo Panel

For this Friday Focus we are taking a look at a FirstSpear Non-Stocking Non-Standard item, the Roo Panel. Originally developed for a FS professional user to meet a unique mission set this pocket can be used as storage for maps, info cards, electronics, medical, or anything else you may need with you out in the field. The interior of the pocket is loop-backed thanks to FirstSpear Laser Cut 6/12 so you can attach FirstSpear Ragnar pockets on interior as well as mount any standard 6/12, 6/9, or MOLLE style pocket to the exterior.

High Speed Gear Operator Belt

Launched at SHOT Show, the Operator COBRA IDR 1.75” Rigger Belt is now available. In fact, I saw this low-profile shooter’s belt at both Rampart Range Day and CANSEC so it’s picking up a lot of interest in Canada.
It’s a PALS compatible two-belt system. The outer belt is made from two layers of military-grade Type 13 nylon webbing, sewn together with five rows of lock-stitched, bonded 138 nylon thread. It also features an additional layer of 1.5” webbing, triple backtacked every 1.5” to create industry-standard columns of PALS for use with MOLLE pouches and holsters. Aside from being reinforced with double needle binding, the belt is topped off with a COBRA integrated D-ring buckle in matte black finish.
You also get your choice of HSGI Inner Belt or Micro Grip Belt Panel to mate with the Operator’s interior hook Velcro. That Micro Grip Panel offers some serious padding that won’t move around on you.

SOF Select 19 – Team Wendy SAR Radio Rig
Friday, May 24th, 2019Awhile back we teased the Team Wendy SAR Radio Rig. Now, it’s about a month out.
This is the final version of the chest rig which will only be offered in Black. It features laser cut PALS and comes with two PALS equipped pouches. One for the radio and a second for admin items. The front panel will still drop forward in order to view items such as maps which can be stored in a clear acetate compartment.
The harness is fully adjustable and the rear yoke has PALS channels in order to accept additional pouches, or a hydration system.
Team Wendy is also introducing the communication headset system for SAR applications. It’s an in-ear product made by Silynx and is available now.
