The pouch platforms attach vertically or horizontally to your carrier via PALS webbing and offer ample room for a range of medical items for both self and buddy aid. The Pouch can be removed from the MOLLE platform which allows the medic/operator immediate access without having to remove entire pouch system from the carrier. Interior includes multiple elastic retention straps and pockets.
