Tactical Distributors has just released their popular Elite Hoodie Gen II in Desert Tan with Desert Camo accents. An update on the original Elite Hoodie, the GEN II features quality zippers, welted side pockets, and an updated left sleeve pocket, for holding small, frequently used items such as keys or credit cards. The right sleeve has a Velcro loop panel for morale or ID patches, and both sleeves feature thumb holes at the cuffs. Draw cords at the hood allow for adjustable retention, and the left zippered breast pocket provides additional storage.

Spartan Village – AirCage Helmet Cover

Necessity is truly the mother of invention. Developed with direct user feedback from several SOF units, Spartan Village’s AirCage Helmet Cover is designed specifically to work with the Crye Precision AirFrame ballistic helmet. Made from mesh and stretch materials, the AirCage fits as if a “second skin” on the AirFrame, providing increased sized Velcro loop panels for mounting a vareity of lights, strobes, power packs, goggles, and identifying markers.
The AirCage also utilizes a new retention system consisting of small slots sewn into the rear loop panels. These slots accept several upcoming accessory brackets which are designed to provide security for helmet accessories and ensure they are not lost while knocked around during use. These accessory brackets will soon be available for purchase. I’ve seen one of the prototypes for eyepro and it’s pretty slick.

The Assaulters Shirt consists of a Jersey knit center body with ripstop 65/35 PolyCo sleeves. The sleeves feature side zipper pockets with Velcro panels for patches, and the wrists are adjustable with hook & loop retention.
The Assaulters Pant is made from a ripstop 65/35 PolyCo blend. The pant features dual front utility pockets, 2 lower leg ancillary pockets, and 2 deep side cargo pockets with hook & loop closure and bellowed side gussets. The dual layered reinforced knees have hook & loop closure for optional knee pad insert.

The Fuji Sports Combatives ‘Multi-Camo’ BJJ (Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu) Gi is a mid-weight Gi made from 100% cotton, with a stiff, thick collar and unspecified “special reinforcements”. It’s also clearly using an unlicensed MultiCam clone, labeled as ‘Multi-Camo’.
The ‘Multi-Camo’ BJJ is available in sizes A-0 through A-6.
