Quantico Tactical – SafeTacMags

Quantico Tactical is now offering SafeTacMag magazines through its website. SafeTacMag, LLC has developed an innovative, simple, M16/M4 5.56 training magazine specifically designed to fire blank ammunition.

SafeTacMag’s leadership met while serving in 2nd Battalion 5th Marines. During service, a close peer died from a gunshot wound sustained during an urban combat training accident, exposing the design flaw allowing live ammunition to become commingled with blank ammunition. This is how the Safe Tactical Magazine idea was born and is what drives SafeTacMag, LLC today.

Standard-issue magazines were never designed to fire blank ammunition; the much shorter blank ammunition cartridges simply do not feed properly from standard magazines into service rifles. During training exercises, blank ammunition often jams, causing service rifles to malfunction. As a result, realism is sacrificed and valuable training time is lost.

SafeTacMag’s blank-fire magazines feed blanks into service rifles seamlessly without causing jams. The blank-fire magazines require absolutely no modifications to the rifle and cost the same as a regular magazine. Most importantly, SafeTacMag’s blank-fire magazines make training safer because it’s impossible to load live rounds into SafeTacMag magazines.

M-LOK Tripod Adapter

The M-LOK Tripod Adapter for metal M-LOK compatible hand guards or forends mounts directly onto any tripod head equipped with the common Manfrotto RC2/Q2 interface. This adapter allows the user to mount their rifle directly to a tripod head without the use of any additional saddles giving them a secure shooting platform. The M-LOK Tripod Adapter is machined from aluminum and finished in Mil-Spec anodizing which offers excellent corrosion resistance. Blauer Tactical – S.P.E.A.R. Scenario Trainer’s Summit

New Instructor Coming To Panteao Make Ready Series

Panteao is happy to announce the upcoming instructional videos with Pat McNamara. Pat McNamara (Mac) has 22 years of Special Operations experience, 13 of which were in 1st SFOD-D. He has extensive experience in hostile fire/combat zones in the Middle East, and Eastern Europe. He trains individuals at basic and advanced levels of marksmanship and combat tactics.

When he worked in the premier special missions unit, he became an impeccable marksman, shooting with accurate, lethal results and tactical effectiveness. McNamara has trained tactical applications of shooting to people of all levels of marksmanship, from varsity level soldiers, and police officers who work the streets to civilians with little to no time behind the trigger.

His military experience quickly taught him that there is more to tactical marksmanship than merely squeezing the trigger. Utilizing his years of experience, McNamara developed a training methodology that is safe, effective and combat relevant and encourages a continuous thought process. This methodology teaches how to maintain safety at all times and choose targets that force accountability, as well as provides courses covering several categories, including individual, collective, on line and standards.

The Make Ready with Pat McNamara videos will be filmed in 4K resolution and available on the Panteao website in Ultra HD, HD, and on DVD. The videos will also be available in the upcoming Panteao Make Ready Roku Channel.
