Century Arms And Canik Exhibiting At 2019 NRA Annual Meeting

DELRAY BEACH, Florida – (APRIL 23, 2019) – Century Arms is excited to announce the company will be exhibiting at the 2019 NRA Annual Meeting in booth #2007 at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis, Indiana April 25-28. Attendees are invited to visit the booth to learn more about the new VSKA AK rife and Draco NAK9X from Century Arms and the latest in imported firearms like the PSL and AES-10B. Canik will be unveiling the new TP9 Elite Combat Executive pistol, featuring performance upgrades by Salient Arms International, distinctive gold barrel and jet black slide.

Tony Sentmanat, a Marine Corps Veteran, retired Law Enforcement SWAT Operator and owner/operator of Real World Tactical, and Orin Julie, the “Queen of Guns”, will be making special appearances to greet Century Arms and Canik fans in booth #2007. Their scheduled times are:

The VSKA is the latest in an American-built AK rifle from Century Arms. With a heightened focus on durability, critical components are machined from S7 tool steel, including the bolt carrier, front trunnion and feed ramp, all heat-treated for maximum durability. The front trunnion and bolt are machined from billet. A nitro-carburized 4140 steel bolt, chrome-moly 4150 barrel, and RAK-1 Enhanced Trigger Group complete the package. Along with a manganese-phosphate finish, Century adds a little style with an American Maple wood buttstock and handguard. Every VSKA is backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty.

The Draco NAK9X is the newest extension to the Draco lineup and for compact firepower, it delivers! The NAK9X adds a Magpul MOE handguard and grip plus a Shockwave Blade brace to the 9mm platform. The NAK9X accepts all Glock-compatible double stack 9mm magazines and features a picatinny optics rail and an included 33-round magazine.

The new Canik TP9 Elite Combat Executive utilizes performance upgrades designed by Salient Arms International, including a fluted, match-grade, PVD-over-nitride coated gold barrel, an aluminum speed funnel magazine well and sight set with fiber optic front sight. The black polymer frame is topped with a nitride-coated jet black slide. The Executive is suppressor ready with 1/2 x 28 RH threads.

US Palm, maker of iconic AK grips and magazines, and Red Army Standard, importer of 7.62×39, 5.45×39 and .223 ammunition, will both be featuring their products during NRA in booth #2007.

Canik Unveiling New TP9 Elite Combat Executive at NRAAM in Indianapolis

DELRAY BEACH, Fla. – (April 23, 2019) – Canik, manufacturer of handguns and accessories used around the world and imported to the U.S. exclusively by Century Arms, is proud to announce the all-new TP9 Elite Combat Executive.

Based on the 2019 TP9 Elite Combat utilizing performance upgrades designed by Salient Arms International, the Executive features a distinctive gold barrel by Salient, fluted, match-grade, and PVD-over-nitride coated, and a black polymer frame topped with a nitride-coated jet black slide. The Executive is suppressor ready with 1/2 x 28 RH threads.

The TP9 Elite Combat Executive includes the new flat-face aluminum trigger with a black full-face safety. The optics-ready slide comes with an optics mounting plate and charging handle. A side-reversible, extended magazine release and additional backstrap for customizing the fit is included in addition to a new retention holster with Slide Lock Release.

The slide, barrel and small steel parts are nitride-coated while internal components are nitride or high-wear nickel-coated. The Salient collaboration includes the barrel and thread protector, an aluminum Speed Funnel magazine well, and sight set with fiber optic front sight. A 15-round magazine with a +3 extension for a total of 18-rounds is included.

A limited quantity of the TP9 Elite Combat Executive is being produced. This exceptional handgun has an MSRP of $749.99 and is shipping in early May.

Mission Ready Announces Close of Unifire Acquisition, Further details on Credit Facility and Final Acceptance of Private Placement

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA – April 23, 2019 – Mission Ready Solutions Inc. (“Mission Ready” or the “Company”) (TSXV: MRS) is pleased to announce that the Company has closed the acquisition (“Acquisition”) of Unifire, Inc. (“Unifire”) and a private placement, both following the receipt of final acceptance from the TSX Venture Exchange (the “Exchange”).
Acquisition of Unifire
Further to its February 12, 2019 news release, the Company received notice that the Exchange has accepted for filing the Agreement and Plan of Merger, pursuant to which a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company has acquired all of the issued and outstanding capital stock of Unifire.
The consideration for the Acquisition includes:
The issuance of an aggregate of 26,315,790 common shares in the capital of the Company (“Shares”), which are subject to a four-month statutory hold period and escrow restrictions whereby the Shares will be released incrementally up to the final release date of January 1, 2022; and
Cash payments in the aggregate of USD$4,000,000, payable quarterly, with the final payment to be remitted on January 1, 2022. The cash consideration is subject to adjustment within seventy-five (75) calendar days after the closing date based on an unaudited balance sheet of the Company as of the effective time of closing of the Acquisition and the Company’s good faith determination of (i) the net working capital of the Company, to the extent that the net working capital of Unifire on the effective date of the Acquisition is greater or less than USD $1,856,798, and (ii) the amount of the sellers’ expenses as of the closing. The sellers have the opportunity to dispute such adjustments with thirty (30) days of receiving a closing statement from the Company. Any such adjustments, whether positive or negative, are on a dollar-for-dollar basis.

Choate Machine and Tool Introduces the Choate Modular Stock, a Modular Chassis System For Remington Pattern Bolt Action Rifles

Bald Knob, AR – Choate Machine and Tool, a market leading designer, manufacturer and OEM supplier of rifle stocks, shotgun magazine extensions and firearms accessories, has introduced The Choate Modular Stock (C. Mod) chassis system. This is a true modular rifle stock, allowing the user to change the forend or butt stock without removing the rifle action from the main chassis section. This modularity provides the ultimate in adaptability and versatility while not disturbing the critical action-to-stock fit so reconfirming zero is unnecessary after configuring the system as needed.

The heart of the C. Mod rifle stock system is the precision CNC machined chassis. Made from a solid block of aluminum, the chassis rigidly holds the action while the desired butt stock and forend can be changed as needed. The chassis uses the time-tested AR style magazine release. This eliminates accidentally dropping the magazine by hitting a release lever located in front of the trigger guard. The C Mod. magazine will accept cartridges up to 2.860 inches in length such as the 308 Winchester, 6.5 Creedmoor and 260 Remington, as well as other popular cartridges like 6mm Remington, 257 Roberts and 7X57 Mauser. Each C. Mod chassis comes with two magazines and the required action screws.

The ultimate in versatility is provided by the C. Mod Stock system of optional forends and butt stocks. Forends include a target/varmint style forend with a wide, flat bottom and a sniper/tactical style forend that is shorter and slightly tapered toward the muzzle end. Both come with a T-rail and bipod adapter. Butt stocks included two conventional types including a basic tactical style, a fully customizable target/tactical style with adjustable check piece and length-of-pull. Choate also offers two very specialized butt stocks for the C. Mod Rifle Stock including a telescoping AR style butt stock (compatible with any AR butt stock) and a pistol grip folding stock for the ultimate in portability. All butt stocks and forends come with the required hardware for rock solid installation.

The new Choate Modular stock is available for the Remington 700 short action and Remington Model 7. MSRP is $710 and includes the CNC machined chassis anodized matted black, the tactical forend and the tactical butt stock both also in matte black and two magazines.

KC Eusebio wins again with Atlanta Arms ammo at the 2019 US Steel Nationals
