New TCCC guidelines recommend the use of a vented chest seal for tension pneumothorax. In response, North American Rescue has introduced the HyFin Vent chest seal twin pack. It is a modification of their standard HyFin chest seal.
The 3-channel design ensures that 1 channel is always pointing down.
The Siege Lantern is an LED lantern with 5 modes of operation between two color modes. When set to White, the Siege is capable of 340 lumens on high – 30 hours, 175 lumens on medium – 70 hours, and 33 lumens on low – 295 hours. When set to Red, it is capable of 10 lumens, with a run time of 235 hours, and an SOS mode with a run time of 430 hours. The Siege is also 2m impact resistant, is IPX7 waterproof rated, floats, and features a battery level indicator.

Maxtrax is a vehicle recovery device developed in 2005 in Australia. Since then, it’s been adopted worldwide for use in sand, slush, mud, and snow. Weighing only 7.9 lbs, Maxtrax can accomodate up to 10,000 lbs. Maxtrax can be staked down, or used in conjunction with one another.
