ATS Tactical Gear – Low Level Clothing System

ATS Tactical Gear has introduced their Low Level Clothing System which consists of a plate carrier, low visibility chest harness and shirt. What makes this unique is that they’ve never reduced the items in Grey Man colors. For example, this Clay.

The Plate Carrier is sized around ESAPI plates and sizes and the chest harness can be used as a stand-alone product or in conjunction with the plate carrier by using the included strap hangers. The shirt can be used in combination with either of the other parts of the system, and is modified to accept the low visibility chest harness to its front, whether using the plate carrier or not.

Available in Black, Light Olive, Loden, British Tan, Brown and Clay; sized Small – 2XLarge, in long or short sleeves.

    ATS Tactical Gear – Mini IFAK System

    ATS’ Mini IFAK System is a two-piece kit, designed to be mounted on a duty belt. It consists of an outer pouch, and an inner tray. The pouch is constructed of 500D Cordura fabric, with a fold-over, Velcro-closed adjustable belt loop. The inner tray is a custom, smaller version of the ATS Medical Insert. A red nylon loop at the top of the insert makes it easy to remove from the pouch. The tray has two elastic loops for organizing medical supplies, and is stiffened with HDPE for rigidity, making it easy to deploy on the ground next to a casualty.

    The Mini IFAK System is available in Black, and is covered by ATS’ lifetime warranty.


    ATS Tactical Gear – PRC-154 Rifleman’s Radio Pouch And KDU Pouch

    ATS Tactical Gear has just introduced their PRC-154 Rifleman’s Radio Pouch and KDU Pouch.


    ATS’ PRC-154 Rifleman’s Radio Pouch is their take on the issued Rifleman’s radio pouch. It features a tip-out design, allowing for easy reprogramming, and accounts for the USB connector on the radio’s side. It will mount to any MOLLE-compatible platform, taking just two channels and six rows of space.


    The ATS KDU Pouch is 4.75″ x 3.5″ x .75″, and features two elastic bungee cords, which allow the face of the KDU to be flipped down to make adjustments. The unit itself is secured by a 2″ wide webbing strap and Velcro. The KDU Pouch utilizes the new Snapless Attachment System and will mount to any MOLLE-compatible platform, taking up three channels and four rows of space.

    As with all ATS Tactical Gear brand products, the ATS KDU pouch and the PRC-154 Rifleman’s Radio Pouch are covered by the ATS lifetime warranty against defects in manufacturing and workmanship.

    The ATS Tactical Medical Triage Marker is designed to aid the medical while conducting triage. Once he turns it on, it stays on a constant light for five minutes and then begins to blink warning the medic that vital must be reassessed.


    The Patient by Preference model looks the same but offers several modes which can be cycled through including Red for immediate, Yellow for Delayed, Green for Minimal and Blue for Expectant.

    The MML runs for over 200 hours of continuous use while the P2 will offer 160 hours. These are disposable but this is in order to be waterproof.


    ATS Tactical Gear – Medical Triage Lights

    ATS Tactical Gear has released two new medical triage lights, the MTM and P2. Each light measures 3 5/8″ x 2″ and are 1/4″ thick. 3M adhesive Velcro hook backing allows the light to be fixed to anyone or anything which has Velcro loop.


    The MTM features a red LED with a 200 hour run time. The light is controlled by an on/off switch. It is capable of operation times of one and three hours. The light can also be turned off at any time.


    The P2 is a casualty assessment tool that can run up to 160 hours. It can be switched between four color modes: red, green, yellow, and blue. When initiated, the light will be in a constant on state for 5 minutes followed by a flash once every second for 55 minutes, which indicates that the patient may need reassessment.

    ATS Tactical Gear – Cobra 2.5 In Kryptek

    Cobra 25 Highlander

    ATS Tactical Gear made up a couple prototypes of their Cobra 2.5 pack in Kryptek Typhon and Highlander for a customer, and have plans to produce and make them commercially available. The Kryptek Cobra 2.5s feature the same Brushed DriLex lining and compatibility with the CAP series organizational pouches as previous models. ATS will also be adding Kryptek patterns to the color matrix on their site in the coming weeks.

    Additionally, the long awaited Cobra II is now in the beginning stages of development. Stay tuned for further information as it becomes available.
