Gerber Gear Introduces Video Series Filmed by Panteao Productions

Gerber Gear has introduced a new series of videos to support their popular line of tactical and military products. Developed in partnership with Panteao Productions and instructors from the Make Ready Instructional Series, the videos focus on specific Gerber offerings and demonstration of their use.

“We have had the privilege of working closely with Gerber to produce a series of videos that realistically depict specific products in their tactical and military line. Having been a user of Gerber knives and multi-tools for the past thirty years, I am proud to be able to produce these videos for them,” said Fernando Coelho, President/CEO of Panteao Productions.

Panteao Gun Team Hosts Free Shooting Sports Clinic

The Panteao Gun Team will be hosting a free Shooting Sports Clinic during the IDPA Nationals on Sunday, September 23rd. It’s open to all participants of the IDPA Nationals and the instructors will be Panteao Gun Team members Bob Vogel, Tom Yost, and “Super Dave” Harrington.

The Clinic is limited to 40 participants, so please RSVP as soon as possible to secure your spot. You can email Panteao Productions at info@panteaoproductions.com. The Clinic will start Sunday at 9:00 AM and run till approximately Noon. Participants should bring score sheets from the match along with gear and ammo.

In addition, Panteao Productions will be filming the Clinic for an upcoming video, so here is your chance to be in one of the Panteao videos.

Make Ready with Paul Liebenberg – Gunsmithing the 1911

Panteao Productions’ newest title examines Pistol Dynamics’ Paul Liebenberg as he customizes a stock 1911. He brings an interesting perspective based on his background. Liebenberg was a member of the World Champion South African Practical Pistol Shooting Team, NRA High Master, certified four-gun firearms instructor and professional pistol shooter who competed successfully in many disciplines in the shooting sports. In 1983 he immigrated to the US and joined Pachmayr Gun Works in Los Angeles CA were he rose to manage the Custom Gun Shop. In 1985 he opened Pistol Dynamics in Los Angeles to build high-end 1911 competition handguns and Pachmayr pistols on contract to that company. Today Pistol Dynamics is based out of Palm Bay FL where Paul continues to build high end 1911 pistols.

In this 2 disc video Paul goes over every aspect of customizing the 1911 pistol so that you can tackle doing your own customizing. He shows the proper way to fit a barrel and barrel bushing, installing a grip safety and thumb safety, trigger installation, installing and tuning an extractor, installation of the ejector, relieving the mag well, undercutting the trigger guard, lowering the ejection port, and much, much more. As Panteao says, this is a rare opportunity to learn from a master gun builder like Paul Liebenberg.
