Blackheart International has added to their how-to guides with this newest title, “Small Unit Leaders Operational Planning Guide” by Jeff Kirkham and Erik Lawrence.
The guide includes the most common operations planning and execution templates. Naturally, it includes Troop Leading Procedures and various mission orders formats including annexes. There are also Medevac and Call for Fire formats.

CRKT has introduced two new tomahawks designed by Ryan Johnson. The Khogan (left) and Kangee (right) T-hawks are both crafted from a single piece of Black powder coated SK5 carbon steel. The grip scales are glass filled nylon and removable for cleaning. The sheath is MOLLE compatible.

2013 marks the 10th Anniversary of UA’s tactical line. In addition to expanding their women’s clothing line, they are also introducing new footwear this summer.
One of these new models is the UA Ops Trainer is an 8″ boot that features an upper made of leather and Cordura. The lacing system features no grommets but rather fabric and leather barrels and the grippy sole is akin to a running shoe.

Makers of the AKARS, Parabellum Armament is showing the latest version of their Ratchet Charging System. It is a user installed alternative charging system that replaces the standard gas piston. It drops in place and features a hold open that is akin to the H&K family of weapons. It also features a left-side non-reciprocating, folding charging handle.

The sentinel is is now shipping. It’s manufactured completely from Delrin and aluminum. It can use the ball and plunger or dovetail mounts and incorporates onboard power but can also accept remote power via the ball and plunger mount connected to a battery pack. It also features a short range and long IR illuminator and available with standard gen III and white phosphor tubes.
Additionally, Adams displayed a prototype illuminated magazine floor plate for navigation. They are still finalizing a few features but you should see these soon.
