Ops-Core has engineered a new buckle for their chinstrap in order to improve the grip while wearing gloves. Additionally, the new design in conjunction with a slight change in how it is attached to the webbing will stop webbing material from preventing the buckle to close.
Without a doubt the Mayhem TR from Arc’teryx was the coolest thing I saw at SHOT Show. This pullover hoodie design will make a great addition to the Arc’teryx line…some day.

We found this example in the Safariland booth all jocked up for a dynamic entry. It gives you a great idea of how well accessories blend in with the base uniform in this pattern.
Based on the venerable field jacket and pant liners, the new Smokin line is made from an 1.1 oz FR fabric shell with FR insulation. It is reversible with color options including Coyote, Foliage Green and MultiCam. The design echos the old issue field jacket liner with underarm vents and would fit perfectly under a field uniform but it has a zipper down the front of the sweater rather than button holes we are used to.
