(General Fabrics), a leading wholesale designer, packager, and distributor of printed textiles. General Fabrics, founded in 1951, services a wide variety of markets, including quilting and crafting resellers. Praesidian Capital initially invested both first lien debt and equity in B&O, and has continued to support the company.

Primary Weapons Systems released multiple new product lines and updates at SHOT Show last month.
Starting with the MOD 1-M line (replacing the MK1 MOD 1-P line) with M-LOK handguards and Radian Raptor charging handles. Keeping the internals the same, the MK1 MOD 1-M line got a simple facelift. To match that, the MK2 MOD 1-M line also got M-LOK handguards and Radian Raptor charging handles.
Past the more expected updates, we take a look at the MK1 MOD 2-M line which replaces the MK1 MOD 2 line. The MK1 MOD 2-M line features not just an M-LOK handguard, but their patent pending PicLok handguard. Yes, it offers M-LOK along the entire length of the handguard, but also offers Picatinny in the front quarter of the rail. What sets the PWS MK1 MOD 2-M handguards apart, is the fact that M-LOK accessories direct thread into the handguard, meaning you don’t use the back T-nut of the accessory. This allows the shooter’s rail to truly stay as slim as possible while still offering a variety of mounting options. In addition to the PicLok handguard, the MK1 MOD 2-M line includes the Radian Raptor charging handle and Radian Talon safety selector.
For PWS customers wanting to do a quick handguard swap, we have good news! Handguards will be available as standalone items, so you can easily swap your current PicMod to PicLok.
The ALPHA line of rifles, easily differentiated by the FDE anodizing, was designed specifically for military use, but will be available for civilians. A few features of the ALPHA line are the heavier barrel profile, 1:7 barrel twist rate and gas adjustment knob in front of the handguard.
The last big release from PWS was the new PCC line in 9mm. Using a straight blowback system, taking GLOCK mags and having last round bolt hold open, PWS expects the PCC line to be a popular addition to their current offerings.

FL360 captures seamless high definition live streaming 360° video with wired and wireless connectivity in a ruggedized IP68 housing. FirstLook360 is software/mobile powered containing no moving parts doing away with mechanical motors, gears, pulleys and/or belts used to articulate most of today’s search/tactical cameras. The entire FL360 camera is incredibly light, weighing just over 1lb with batteries installed. It has been designed with 360° LED illumination (6 x LED’s) and two mounting points, one at the front of the camera head and one at that rear. At the rear, you can attach the camera to the provided 10ft telescoping extension pole or using a painter’s pole adapter attach any length painters pole to extend the camera to view a 2nd floor, 3rd floor, or 4th floor window before entry. The new Creedmoor Sports Scope Mount Saver resolves this frustrating and often expensive problem. This cost effective “saver” ensures the scope mount and head remain in like-new condition and never leaves the user in a bind while on the range. The Scope Mount Saver, although originally designed with spotting scopes in mind, makes a great tool for photographers and anyone who uses equipment that attaches to tripods.
Measuring just 2.178″ x1.5″ and made from 3/8-inch thick 6061 black anodized aluminum, the Scope Mount Saver comes with a standard ¼-20 socket cap screw that recesses and mounts flush. Attach it once and leave it.
There are three screw holes available to choose from rather than the normal one found on a typical mount. Depending upon how the mount is oriented, the user can make minor vertical or horizontal adjustments to the scope’s position on the mount. Another plus to the additional holes is that if the user ever mistakenly strips out one of the holes, there are still two others to choose from!
“Shooters typically remove their spotting scopes once they leave the range. Repeatedly inserting steel mounting screws into an aluminum threaded hole can quickly wear out the threads. The problem with the helicoil is that they have very sharp leading edges that tend to cut into the steel mounting screw, ruining the threads over time. Protonex Technology Corporation has received a $1.6 million purchase order for the supply of its PTX-brand Squad Power Manager (SPM-622) Special Operations Kits. The purchase order was the first issued by the Program Executive Office (PEO) – Soldier, as part of the newly approved program of record, with ‘Milestone C’ approval having been received in late September 2017.
“This order represents a continued commitment to support U.S. Army Special Operations Forces’ requirement for intelligent power management systems,” said Ray Summers, Protonex Director of Military Sales. “This requirement is important for Protonex as it will support not only Special Operations Forces, but also the Security Forces and Assistance Brigades, or SFAB’s, newly established by the U.S. Army to support training of partner forces in combat theatres. We believe this first order since obtaining Milestone C represents a significant opportunity and helps to streamline orders for other U.S. Army units moving forward.”
The SPM-622 Squad Power Manager is an agile and rugged device that weighs less than a pound and enables units to pull power from any source to recharge batteries and keep electronic devices operational – including portable radios, GPS systems, field medical equipment, EOD equipment, computers and other mission essential electronics.
