CMMG Updates Mk9 with RADIAL DELAYED BLOWBACK Operating System

Boonville, MO – CMMG’s oldest 9mm platform – the Mk9 – has now been upgraded to utilize CMMG’s patented Radial Delayed Blowback™ operating system in both BANSHEE and RESOLUTE configurations. Offering significantly less felt-recoil, Radial Delayed Blowback has proven to be superior to the old straight blowback design and this change completes CMMG’s transition to the new and better operating system.

CMMG’s Mk9 platform features a lower receiver with a dedicated magwell designed to accept Colt™ SMG – pattern magazines. The BANSHEE is offered as a pistol or short barreled rifle with barrel lengths of 5 or 8 inches in length, while RESOLUTE rifles come with a 16-inch barrel. Both the BANSHEE and RESOLUTE offer Last Round Bolt Hold Open.

Each CMMG Mk9 complete firearm ships with one 32-round DuraMag™ magazine and has a retail price of $1,099.95 to $1,449.95 for the BANSHEE and $1,199.00 to $1,699.95 for the RESOLUTE.

Along with offering complete Mk9 firearms and lower receiver groups that are designed to utilize Radial Delayed Blowback, CMMG will also offer Mk9 Upgrade Kits for those who already have an older CMMG Mk9 Lower Receiver. The Mk9 Upgrade Kits have all the parts needed to make an old Mk9 compatible with a CMMG 9mm Radial Delayed Blowback upper receiver.

On all CMMG BANSHEE and RESOLUTE 300 Series firearms, consumers can choose from ten Cerakote colors at no additional cost. Both the 100 and 200 Series offer Cerakote for the complete firearm for an additional $150 per model.

DEFENDER LOW VISIBILITY PLATE CARRIER – One plate Carrier for multiple situations.

The Defender Low Visibility Plate Carrier is launched, the new product with which the FROG.PRO brand enters the “under cover” category.

The Defender Low Visibility Plate Carrier was designed for those who need to wear rigid ballistic plates while maintaining a low profile silhouette, without giving up the chance to scale from a minimalist solution to a combat configuration.

With a weight of 710g (in size SM / MD) the Defender LVPC has a design studied to accommodate any type of rigid ballistic plates, such as SAPI, E-SAPI, Swimmer Cut, rectangular and more.

Thanks to the 4-way stretch elastic fabric in the inner part, the plate pouch can adapt in size to the ballistic protection carried and wrap it to minimize the bulk of the plate carrier.

For the same reason, the shoulder straps are made of 2” Class 2 webbing without added padding.

The supplied Low Visibility Elastic Cummerbund features a series of multi-role elastic pouches on each side that provide an inherently conforming pressure to the content that is reliable and repeatable.

The pouches can be used to carry a large variety of rifle magazines, civilian or military radios, smoke grenades, medical gear, or anything you can fit in.

The cummerbund can be replaced with other models that feature Velcro® hook and loop application and adjustment system.

The 5.56 Mag Velcro Insert triple pouch can hold 3 magazines for AR / M4 platform with minimum weight and bulk. The laser-cut Hypalon fabric, together with the elastic retention, ensure excellent magazine retention.

Thanks to the ITW Nexus® QASM buckles on the front, the Defender LVPC can be quickly equipped with front panels such as the Modular Reconnaissance Chest Rig or the Modular Reconnaissance Task Bag.

Buckles can be removed to eliminate any protrusions when used as a concealed body armour for undercover operations.

Like our DOT Mount line the AUS Mount attaches to any M1913 Picatinny rail via our anti-snag spring-loaded nitrided steel clamp and custom bolt mounting system which can be tightened with either a 5/32 hex or a flat blade driver to sit flush with the body of the mount for a low-profile, streamline design. Also like our DOT Mount line, the AUS mount is machined from a single piece of billet 7075-T6 aluminum and is finished with MIL-STD Type III, Class 2, hard anodize coating.
