WILDCraft Entertainment Launches A New Hunting Video Series: WILDCraft

August 31st, 2018

Columbia, SC, August 27, 2018 – WILDCraft Entertainment announces the development of a new video series called WILDCraft that will take the viewer along for a journey of a lifetime with a group of hunters where the hunt is only a part of the story. Each season introduces a new location and journey and will debut in September 2019 on Amazon Prime Video – which is available to over 100 million customers in more than 200 countries and territories around the globe.

Season one is called WILDCraft: South Africa. It takes you to Fort Richmond Safaris in the rugged mountains of South Africa’s Northern Cape, where editors and contributors from a variety of hunting magazines join gunwriter Richard Mann on a safari for free range kudu and other species. The team will hunt from a remote tent camp, and each hunter will have their own challenges to face during the adventure. At the end of each day they’ll share their experiences, successes, and failures around the campfire. They’ll also learn about the local people, the history of Fort Richmond, hunting’s positive impact on the area, and attractions like the Big Hole diamond mine in nearby Kimberley, South Africa.

WILDCraft Entertainment has created sponsorship packages that go beyond traditional product placement. Along with the series airing on Amazon Prime, sponsors will receive social media marketing videos, and the opportunity to participate in the Guest Hunter Sweepstakes and Email List. Sponsor products will also be placed in the hands and field-tested by the top hunting editors in the industry. SIG Sauer has signed on as Season One title sponsor.

Companies interested in participating in Season One, should contact WILDCraft direct at info@wildcraftentertainment.com

Unity Tactical FUSION Friday

August 31st, 2018

FUSION, by Unity Tactical, is a system of modular, multi-purpose components that provide end users unparalleled flexibility in mounting accessories to weapon platforms.  It offers complete control in attachment of lights, lasers, sights, and other equipment to achieve complete integration, optimal placement, lightest weight, and most economy of space.

FUSION Config 10A BreakOut

This FUSION configuration features the MLOK Compatible Adapter.  It is designed to place Surefire Scout and Streamlight Rail Mount lights (as well as FUSION accessories) as close to the rail as possible.  Rail estate is always at a premium, but we also want to make sure our gear is as low profile as possible.  The FUSION MLOK Compatible Adapter will give you the lowest profile stance and is particularly handy for PDW style weapons.  In order to achieve this super low profile, you must have access to the backside of the rail on the host firearm.  This is easily achieved by removing the rail, installing the accessory, and reinstalling the rail.

FUSION Config 10B BreakOut

FUSION components are machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and MILSPEC Type 3 anodized.  Designed and made in the US from US materials and good ole’ fashioned American innovation.  FUSION is the original and best modular accessory mounting system.  Make your gear work for you, not the other way around.

FUSION components are available from Unity Tactical and authorized dealers to build your perfect setup.

Aquabotix Joins Information Warfare Research Project Consortium

    August 30th, 2018

    • Aquabotix becomes a member of the Information Warfare Research Project (“IWRP”) consortium.

    • Will gain access to the US Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command Other Transaction Authority agreement, valued at US$100 million.

    • A faster path to contracting with the U.S. Government.

UUV Aquabotix Ltd (ASX:UUV) (the “Company” or “Aquabotix”) is pleased to announce that it has been accepted as a member of the Information Warfare Research Project consortium (“IWRP” or the “Consortium”), a consortium focused on advancing information warfare capabilities to enhance United States Navy and United States Marine Corps mission effectiveness.

Aquabotix was approved to join IWRP as a demonstrated technology leader with competencies in autonomy, assured communications, and battlespace awareness – all key focus areas for the consortium. As a member of IWRP, Aquabotix will gain access to US Space and Naval Warfare (“SPAWAR”) Systems Command’s Other Transaction Authority (“OTA”) agreement previously awarded to the Consortium. The aggregate amount of this particular OTA across the Consortium is US$100 million over the next three year period, and the OTA will be used as a vehicle to advance information warfare technologies and innovation delivery to the U.S. fleet. The OTA enables the Consortium members to engage in a broad range of activities advancing such technologies and allows for the delivery of new technology faster and more efficiently than traditional U.S. federal acquisition requirements might permit.

In a release made last month by the United States Navy, Rear Adm. C.D. Becker, commander of SPAWAR Systems Command was quoted as stating, “The IWRP OTA will accelerate acquisition and bring non-traditional sources, research and development labs, and industry together to provide new, innovative information warfare solutions.” SPAWAR Systems Center Atlantic Deputy Executive Director, Bill Deligne, was also quoted remarking on the use of OTAs, stating, “This mechanism is faster and more attuned to getting something quickly that we want today, as opposed to traditional federal acquisition. […] While speed is a critical element, reaching beyond the traditional DoD industrial base, further into the commercial sector to capture new, innovative solutions, is also a key element of the IWRP.”

Whitney Million, Chief Executive Officer of Aquabotix commented, “It is a privilege to be joining other industry leaders in the IWRP. We anticipate participation in this consortium will provide access to key partners and customers while enabling rapid research and prototyping using non-dilutive funding options under the OTA to support our goal of continuing to develop innovative and leading-edge solutions and product offerings for the U.S. and allied governments.”
