Todd Hibbs (CSM, USA (Ret)) recently joined XGO as Director of Sales. Many in industry know Todd either from his military service or his work at Leatherman. However, for those of you unfamiliar, here’s a little about him.
Todd Hibbs served 26 years in the United States Army, retiring in 2010 as a Brigade Command Sergeant Major. After retirement, Todd joined the Leatherman Tool Group team and worked as the Government Business Manager for almost eight years. He was instrumental in identifying opportunities within the government, responsible for all government sales, and participated in product development. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration. Todd’s wife, Kim, is a Registered Dental Hygienist. They have been married for over 30 years and live in Columbus, Georgia. Their daughter Jenna is a senior at Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, Georgia.
Todd is a great guy and I’m looking forward toworking with him in his new position.

Radii and chamfers throughout make this billet lower a marvel that stretches the capabilities of modern production CNC manufacturing. A 20-degree competition style mag well is concealed in the design, allowing lightning fast magazine changes. An integral upper/lower tension adjustment screw allows the end user to compensate for tolerance between your upper receivers and your favorite lower.
The newest product in the MATBOCK collection comes directly from the operators. They needed a solution for a long standing problem that turret gunners have independently solved, but here is the MATBOCK solution. From helicopter door gunners, to SBT operators they have provided a great solution.
The Gunner Station Pouch and Panel are a great product for any mounted machine gun position. The panel easily secures to the platform frame or turret using 550 cord, allowing the gunner to customize their pouch with critical tools like pry-bar, lights, and CLP to name a few. Understanding that fixing a down machine gun on any platform is critical to a units survivability, we build in retractable lanyards giving the operator comfort in knowing their tools are safe to let go once the malfunction has been cleared.

Caylen Wojcik began his career in the United States Marine Corps as an infantryman, and quickly moved into the scout/sniper community. Within the sniper community he served in almost every billet available to a scout/sniper, to include serving as an instructor at the Scout/Sniper Basic Course, as well as serving as an instructor at 1st Special Operations Training Group for the Urban Sniper and Urban Reconnaissance and Surveillance courses. Caylen participated in a combat deployment to Iraq where he sustained an injury which led to a transition in career from military to the private sector. Since then Caylen has continued to provide instruction in the areas of long range precision shooting to responsible armed citizens, law enforcement agencies, and military units from around the country.
Caylen is a published author, and a competition record holder. He is an avid backcountry hunter and precision rifle competitor, and uses these disciplines to formulate new training programs that create more effective shooters.
As a B.E. Meyers Brand Ambassador, Caylen will focus on reaching the precision shooter community through education and outreach as he continues in his role as the Director of Training at the Gunwerks shooting school in Cody, Wyoming.
