We are starting to see more and more accessories for the SIG P320 series of pistols like this RMR Mount with Dovetail Adapter Plate from Springer Precision.

It’s a one-piece aluminum sight base for mounting a Trijicon RMR to the Sig Sauer P320 M17 pistol. This version includes a rear dovetail so you can co-witness with SIGLITE Supressor Night Sights. Mount is designed and tested around the use of the SIGLITE Supressor Night Sights but does not include them.

Primary Arms Optics Score Gold With National Tactical Officers Association

HOUSTON, TEXAS – Following rigorous field testing, the National Tactical Officers Association has awarded Primary Arms with multiple Gold-tier ratings, representing the highest scores possible.

The NTOA’s Member Tested and Recommended Program (MTRP) is a leading source for Law Enforcement groups in evaluating the practical use of products for tactical application. Started in 2003, the MTRP evaluates products across at least 6 of 13 different major criteria: design, performance, ease of use, size, quality, durability, storage, versatility, convenience, LE applicability, comfort, ease of maintenance, and accuracy. Products submitted to the MTRP are specially tested in the field by NTOA members, proving their performance with real world use. To pass, products must at least average a 3 out of 5 across all criteria. If a product passes with a 4-4.49 average, it earns a Silver logo, while 4.5-5 average ratings are distinguished with a Gold logo.

Primary Arms Optics submitted 6 different optics and all 6 passed the NTOA’s exacting standards. Two of the optics achieved the highest possible rating, distinguishing them with a coveted Gold logo. Marine Corps Issues Pre-Solicitation for Squad Common Optic Contract

Back in May we told you of the Marine Corps’ desire to field a Squad Common Optic for the M27 Infantry Assault Rifle which is becoming the standard weapon for Marines in the Infantry Squad. The Marines envision the SCO as a magnified optic to improve target acquisition and probability of hit P(h) between 0-600 meters (m). The SCO includes a non-caliber specific reticle, is variable power, and incorporates a user selectable illuminated or non-illuminated aim-point.

Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC), Portfolio Manager Ground Combat Element Systems (PfM GCES), Program Manager Infantry Weapon just released a pre-solicitation to industry, which serves as a Warning Order that they plan to open a Full and Open Competitive solicitation for the SCO on or about September 13, 2019 with proposal due date on or about October 21, 2019.
