FALKOR Defense is seeking qualified candidates for a position as an Inside Sales Representative based out of our Kalispell, Montana headquarters and reporting to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage dealer accounts in your assigned territory to drive revenue for FALKOR Defense and provide top tier customer service to your assigned accounts through emails and sales calls

2. Ensure all customers’ purchase orders are scheduled and entered accurately and timely.

3. Identify potential new customers and develop leads

4. Respond immediately to requests from customers for information

5. Engage in technical discussions regarding the FALKOR Defense product line with

potential customers

6. Conduct dealer training on the FALKOR Defense product line

7. Keep Sales Manager informed of all activity and daily progress

8. Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

9. Other responsibilities as directed by the Sales Manager

Requirements:

1. Strong oral and written communication skills

2. Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks proficiency

3. Technical knowledge of firearms, ability to learn details of the FALKOR product line

4. Prior B2B sales experience preferred, but not required

5. Self-motivated, goal-oriented attitude, able to work in a competitive team atmosphere

Brigantes Presents – High Angle Solutions – Scarpa Manta Pro Tactical

The Manta Pro is a B2 rated winter mountaineering boot weighing in at 1640g per pair.  It is the perfect balance between technical climbing boot and high quality walking.  Built on the excellent Scarpa FT last and using a Gore-Tex membrane it is ideal for all conditions from Alpine to Hill.

The tactical boot is a subdued version of this famous boot.  As the military user requires it for general mountaineering rather than sports climbing the B2 offers the ideal compromise between stiffness and flexibility making excellent for long hard days across difficult and varied terrain.

25th Anniversary – Battle Of Mogadishu

As time marches on, younger Americans step into the breach. It’s our duty to teach them about their heritage. Today marks the anniversary of a major event in US military history.

Additionally, the 75th Ranger Regiment was created on this day in 1984, with the stand up of its 3rd Battalion. Over 30 years later, the Ranger Regiment boasts boasts five battalions of some of the most elite warriors on the face of our planet.

But more importantly, this date also marks the 25th Anniversary of 1993’s Battle of Mogadishu during which, elements of TF Ranger which had deployed to Mogadishu, Somalia, conducted an operation on that city’s Olympic Hotel in order to capture key leaders of the Aidid Militia.

Unfortunately, during the exfil portion of the raid, a battle ensued which claimed the lives of 18 Americans and wounded another 73. Additionally, CW3 Michael Durant was captured by the Aideed militia. Fortunately, Durant was later repatriated and went on to retire from the 160th. Of the men killed that day, two would be awarded the Medal of Honor, Delta Operators Gary Gordon and Randy Shughart, for their selfless efforts to protect Durant after his aircraft, callsign Super 64, was shot down.

If you are unfamiliar with the events, one of the best accounts of the battle is contained in the book, “Blackhawk Down” by author Mark Bowden. Much of the information was serialized prior to the book’s publication in the Philadelphia Enquirer. Later this was made into a movie bearing the same name.

Please take a moment to remember these men and their sacrifice.

Centurion Arms, LLC 7.62 MLOK Handguard

Centurion Arms, LLC is happy to announce that we now offer an AR10 7.62/6.5 Creedmoor platform version of our MLOK rail.  The handguards are made of 6061 T6 aircraft grade aluminum that is Type III Hard Coat to military specification OR can be had in custom Cerakote color options. We have added a few enhancements to help our customers OUTPERFORM their competitors.  We put QD sling swivels at the front and rear on both right and left sides. There is 12 o’clock continuous rail that is compatible with Knight’s Armament upper receivers, as well as “DPMS High” receivers.  We have also extended our barrel nut to 2.5in of hard chrome moly steel for greater rigidity and durability.  You will find the rail to be one of the easiest on the market to install and it comes with its own wrench for installation.

Top Shelf , Bomb Proof 308 Rail

The rail is very nice, very detailed. I really like the barrel nut/mounting interface. Once this is all locked down it is extremely rigid and feels bomb proof. Every detail of the piece is done nice right down to the inside profiles of the rail. The shape and size fits the hand perfect, it’s not even close to bulky like most 308 rails. The rail itself feels light but solid, the barrel nut is long and locks down nicely with the provided tool. The box came with an excellent instruction sheet, one page straight forward……it’s worth every penny but we all wish things were cheaper….however the craftsmanship gives me no remorse
