This is done in both Syria and Iraq to denote those places that will either be taxed to live in the supposed Caliphate or killed in their rolling genocide. H.I.F. wanted to make a little something to let them know that trying that proposition here in the U.S. would be a wholly different and unpleasant experience. The story on these new t-shirts is cool. Rather than continuing to place their logos on shirts made by someone else, they decided to take matters into their own hands. The result is three new types of Tees. At SHOT Show, Magpul gave me a megablend t-shirt from their new line. I really like it. It’s comfy. I think there’s someone for everyone in these three new choices.
Over the years, we’ve used a lot of different T-shirt blanks to print our Magpul branded tees. We’ve been dedicated to the search for “the perfect T-shirt”, but have never been entirely happy with anything we found. In the end, we realized that the only way to get everything we wanted was to solve it like we solve other problems…by making our own. Magpul Engineered T-s. The Fine Cotton T-Shirt has been designed and engineered from the fiber to finished garment to be the softest, most comfortable, mid-weight T-Shirt available. Using 100% ring spun cotton and preshrunk, these T’s are constructed with a cut-n-sew pattern exclusive to Magpul. This method of construction features a side seam that controls twisting and torque and is finished off with our own rib collar and custom neck tape.
The Megablend T-shirt, in a similar weight to our Fine Cotton model, offers a more athletic look and feel, with its soft breathable blend of 50% cotton, 38% Poly, and 12% Rayon. Preshrunk and constructed with Magpul’s own Cut-N-Sew pattern engineering, this tough T will hold up to plenty of abuse and repeated wash cycles. We finish it off with our own rib collar and custom neck tape.
The Superweight T-Shirt, as the name implies, is our heaviest construction. Using our standard Cut-N-Sew pattern engineering, this 100% ring spun cotton T weighs in at a whopping 7.5 oz. and is perfect when warmth, concealment, and durability are desired. As with all the Magpul T’s the Superweight is finished with our own rib collar and custom neck tape.

St. Charles, MO – Propper announces that they are now shipping new high-performance base layers for extreme use by military, first responders, and discerning civilians. The new mid-weight top and bottom layers are odor free, long-lasting, and constructed to perform in the harshest environments.
The secret is in the fabric. Propper base layers feature a Polygiene treatment that incorporates silver salt (silver chloride) into the weave of the fabric. Polygiene prevents the growth of odor-causing bacteria and fungi at the source, permanently! It was just a matter of time before it happened. Apparently, getting a full refund for the purchase price of a EOTech Holographic Weapon Sight, without having to show a receipt wasn’t enough. Clay Pittman individually and on behalf of all others similarly situated, have filed a class action lawsuit against L3 Communications and their EOTech business unit.
This class action hopes to represent anyone who purchased an EOTech HWS from 2007 until now because, the suit claims “for nearly a decade, Defendants sold holographic weapons sights to consumers throughout the United States that Defendants knew were materially defective.”
Pittman has not specified a monetary amount for the damages in his suit. Rather, he asks the court to:
-Issue an order finding in favor of Plaintiff and the Class on liability;
-Award damages, including compensatory, statutory, incidental, consequential, actual, and, as applicable, punitive and/or exemplary damages, and statutory penalties to Plaintiff and Class Members in an amount to be determined at trial;
-Grant injunctive and equitable relief to Plaintiff and Class Members including, but not limited to, disgorgement, restitution ;
-Award Plaintiff and Class Members their expenses and costs of the suit, pre-judgment interest, post-judgment interest, and reasonable attorneys’ fees;
But, the most important petition to the court is to establish this case as the class action meaning any other cases would have to join this one.
Plaintiff Pittman is a Texan and is represented by The Miller Lawfirm PC of Rochester, Michigan. This is a different firm than Douglas, Haun & Heidemann PC which we wrote about in the past and uses the website EOTechlawsuit.com.
