Laser Devices Still In Action

Monday, December 19th, 2016

How cool is that? Before it was known as SureFire, there was Laser Devices. Love that on/off switch.

Gratuitously borrowed from NOLATAC Firearms Training who says this beauty was recently used by a customer at the range.

Bawidamann Design – Glock AIWB Holster

Tuesday, November 29th, 2016

If you are looking for an IWB holster for a GLOCK with a SureFire X300/U, your search is over. Bawidamann Design has introduced a new IWB holster that not only fits most 9/.40 GLOCK models but will even accept a Roland Special build.

Designed to fit GLOCK 19/17/22/23/34 with surefire X300 and X300U weapon lights, it offers adjustable depth. It’s a one piece design with the seam on top of the slide so the bottom of the holster that touches your inner leg is rounded and smooth. As an artist, Bawidamnn inists on aesthetics as much as function so it also looks good.

These are hand made in Ohio from .09 Boltoron by Andrew Bawidamann himself, and incorporate the Raven Concealment Systems Claw and IWB hooks/soft loops in 1.5″ or 1.75″. Available for Right and Left handed shooters.

TangoDown / Vickers Tactical Glock – 43 Slide Racker

Friday, October 14th, 2016

TangoDown is pleased to announce the latest addition to the Vickers Tactical lineup! Announcing the GSR-02 Slide Racker for the popular single stack 9mm Glock™ 43.

Just like its predecessors, the GSR-02 has small serrated wings at the slide’s end. This feature allows for positive cycling against your belt, holster, or heel quickly when you’re restricted to a single hand. The GSR-02 is also an outstanding upgrade for those who struggle with arthritis, have smaller hands, or reduced hand strength. The GSR-02 is large enough to provide advantage, but still small enough to be unnoticed in concealed carry holsters.

-Tough, stainless steel & injection molded glass reinforced nylon construction
-Subtle, extended ‘Wing’ shape with serrations makes for easy slide cycling, even under stress
-Installs in minutes, without any weapon modifications

MSRP: $18.95

Visit www.TangoDown.com for more information on the GSR-02.

Tuesday, August 16th, 2016

Primary and Secondary forum member Todd J has released this info on the G17M from his new equipment training.  Indianapolis Police will be the first department to roll out the G17M which was designed specifically for the FBI contract.  It is important to note that the upcoming Gen 5 will not have all of these features.

“Currently at our handgun in-service, and the 17M info has been released to the guys here, so I feel comfortable putting it out here.
Changes are:
1. New, “tougher” finish
2. Different rifling
3. Longer RSA
4. Reinforced front RSA notch
5. Smoother trigger (similar to G42/G43)
6. Flared magwell
7. Removed finger grooves
8. Safety plunger is oblong/rectangular instead of round
9. Ambi slide release
10. Magazine well cut out
11. Magazines have a slightly extended front lip.”
