INFORCE Releases WML HSP – 200 Lumens – Momentary Only Activation

Wednesday, November 21st, 2012

The INFORCE WML HSP was specced out by Haley Strategic Partners specifically for tactical low light applications. Running a white light with an upgraded 200 lumen lamp, it offers tight beam for close- to mid-range applications. The light also delivers a balanced peripheral light for discernment of the surrounding area.

One of the things I like about this version of the WML (other than the $109 price) is that it features a momentary only digital pressure pad. The ergonomic pressure pad is angled and it’s right there on the light so there are no wires or tape switches. Additionally, there are two distinct easy-to-operate lockout systems to avoid light accidental discharges. It’s a scant 3 ounces all told, including batteries which will offer 90 minutes of run time at 200 lumens. It also integrates its own mounting solution that is Mil Std 1913 compatible. Finally, the WML is waterproof to 66 feet.

INFORCE Auto Pistol Light

Wednesday, October 3rd, 2012

We first showed you the new INFORCE Auto Pistol Light from Emissive Energy Corp during last month’s Maneuver Conference at Ft Benning. It offers 200 lumens of white light in a tight beam for close- to mid-range applications and balanced peripheral light for discernment of the surrounding area. The APL has a run time of approximately 1.5 hours using a single Lithium CR123A battery.

Designed with a straightforward, unique, bilateral and ambidextrous paddle switching system, the INFORCE APL affords left or right hand activation and natural finger movement from the weapon body to the switch to operate its momentary and constant modes.

Manufactured from fiber composite, the APL has a total length of 3 inches, width of 1.2 inches and weighs only 2.83 ounces, including the battery.

Currently it’s only available in Black although the yellow light on the show floor gave it a brownish sheen. Its integrated rail mounting system is compact, convenient, secure and easy to install without tools, utilizing a proprietary clamping system. The product ships with (2) rail mounting bars that accommodate GLOCK and MIL-STD-1913 rails.

Initial delivery is expected to be in late October 2012. US and International patents pending.

Inforce WML

Friday, September 16th, 2011

Several months ago I started speaking with Inforce about a new LED weapon light concept unlike anything I’d ever seen. Featuring an integrated MIL STD 1913 rail compatible clamp/locking system, the WML also incorporates an ergonomic push button activation switch right into the body of the light. As you can see from this graphic, the WML is adaptable enough to accommodate many shooting styles. This light was designed from the ground up for use with a rail equipped carbine. No extra mounts, No remote switches or cables, No extra lenses.

Powered by a single CR123, the PWL relies on White and IR LEDs. The primary light is White and features selectable Constant and Momentary High, Low and Strobe modes. Additionally, you can configure the PWL to offer either High/Low or Low/High modes. Additionally, there is a Strobe Disable. The secondary light is IR with Constant High and Low modes as well as a Momentary High mode. Additionally, there are two lockout systems to avoid accidental light discharge. First is a safety bail that prevents pushing the activation switch. Second, the head can be rotated to disengage power.

The WML is waterproof to 66 feet and available in Black and Desert Sand.
