OWENS CROSS ROADS, Ala.  (Jan. 13, 2025) — AG Composites, the renowned leader in custom rifle stock design and production, is thrilled to announce the debut of its latest composite and fiberglass stocks for the iconic M1A rifle. The highly anticipated unveiling will occur at the prestigious 2025 SHOT Show, scheduled from January 21-25 at the Venetian Expo and Ceasar’s Forum in Las Vegas, NV. Attendees can visit AG Composites at booth #42126.

Originally introduced by Springfield Armory in 1971, the M1A rifle is the civilian version of the legendary M14. Starting in 1957, the M14 was the standard issue battle rifle for the U.S. military. Over the years, the M1A has gained immense popularity among competition, recreational shooters, and sportsmen.

“Stocks for the M1A rifle were the very first our company ever produced,” stated Matt Tandy, owner of AG Composites. “As we celebrate our 10th anniversary, we are delighted to reintroduce these stocks in both composite and fiberglass variations. Being a veteran-owned business with numerous veteran employees, this rifle holds a special place in our hearts. We are committed to providing M1A shooters with stocks that offer exceptional accuracy at affordable prices.”

The composite and fiberglass M1A stocks from AG Composites are meticulously crafted using a cutting-edge 71-step process and state-of-the-art technology. The company employs modern design software such as Solidworks and AutoDesk to create Computer Aided Design (CAD) models, ensuring the production of premium rifle stock lines. AG Composites exclusively utilizes top-quality carbon fiber, fiberglass, epoxy, and paint products in the manufacturing of all their rifle stocks. Their proprietary production process, which remains a closely guarded secret, enables them to deliver best-in-class stocks with significantly shorter lead times compared to competitors. Every step of the manufacturing process is driven by consistency, efficiency, cost control, and rigorous quality control checks. Furthermore, all AG Composites stocks are proudly 100 percent made in America.

Ocean State Innovations (OSI) Announces Strategic Partnership with Murdock Webbing Company

Tuesday, January 14th, 2025

Portsmouth, RI – Ocean State Innovations and 1947LLC are proud to announce their new partnership with Murdock Webbing. OSI and 1947 will be the exclusive international distributors of Jacquard-woven MultiCam® webbing.

Murdock Webbing is the only Crye Precision approved and licensed source for Jacquard-woven MultiCam®. As part of the Jacquard-woven process, Murdock utilizes pre-colored yarns. Why is that important? This means all Murdock Jacquard-woven MultiCam® products are “two sided” – without a hefty “two sided” upcharge. Because the color is applied to yarns prior to weaving, the pattern runs all the way through the webbing. Unlike printed product, the pattern is not lost to wear and abrasion over time and use. Murdock Jacquard-woven MultiCam® means quality and value.

“We’re proud to represent Murdock Webbing’s MultiCam® Jacquard webbing on an international scale, delivering a premium product that ensures customers receive the quality and authenticity they require in the iconic MultiCam® pattern” said Ben Galpen, Co-Founder of 1947LLC and OSI partner.
