DroneShield – Release of RfPatrol, First Customer Order Placed

DroneShield Ltd (ASX:DRO) (“DroneShield” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the release of body-worn drone detection product, RfPatrolTM. Weighing under 1kg, the product is expected to be of significant interest to a range of DroneShield’s customer base globally, across military, law enforcement, security and VIP markets. Importantly, as RfPatrolTM is a completely passive (non-emitting) product, it substantially broadens the range of customers to whom the product is lawfully available. The product was developed in response to substantial customer interest.

DroneShield is also pleased to announce an immediate customer purchase order for a small quantity of RfPatrol units by the Department of Defence of a Western country. While the revenue from the order is not material, the order is for evaluation towards a potential larger purchase order.

DroneShield’s CEO Oleg Vornik commented, “We are excited to launch RfPatrol. Due to its miniaturised/body-worn nature, substantially larger customer universe due to its non-emitting nature, and a relatively lower price point compared to fixed site products, we expect it to have substantial appeal. In addition to being able to be used as a stand-alone, it is a perfect companion to our DroneGunTM product”.

Lorica Nostrum to Exhibit their Integrated Combat System at ISDEF2019 in Israel

It is a pleasure to announce that Lorica Nostrum, an European Company, will Exhibit their Integrated Combat System (I.C.S.) during ISDEF2019, Israel, next June 4-6th 2019.

On June 3rd there will be a Range Day where the System may be tested by the operators.

It was invented during Close Protection Team missions in Afghanistan, between years 2002 and 2004. The project was classified by our government and it just has been cleared for governmental agencies, military and L&E units.

The Integrated Combat System (I.C.S.) has been designed to work in special covert missions where a very low recognition profile is required, cloaked as a sport backpack.

Its design provides a tactical advantage which allows Special Forces soldiers to obtain an operational superiority, carrying the same weapons, ballistic protection and mission equipment in a covert and comfortable manner, enabling the soldier to use this system in its full offensive envelope, while the soldier mingles with the crowd untill the operation starts.

It has been tested in operations, Static Line jumps, Military Free fall jumps, and waterborne operations.

It is compatible with more than 250 current weapons, assault rifles, carbines, SMGs, PDWs, grenade launchers, and handguns.

As options, the system may include:

1. An integrated positive buoyancy device for water operations,

2. An integrated harness for helicopter operations (SPIE or HRST),

3. A geolocation device,

4. RFID tags for better logistics,

5. It may be custom made, in size, colours and materials.

SOTECH’s Newest SOF IFAK Innovation

At the SOMA conference this week SOTECH will be debuting their newest development in their SOF IFAK line – the Rapid First Aid Pack, along with other new developments of SOTECH’s Tactical Medical Modular Care System Generation II. In its latest iteration, SOTECH took its SOF IFAK (circa 2003), narrowed it to a coffin shape and developed a double flapped rip cord no-look opening system. Thus, the zippered pouch could mount to the lower back for one-handed side access much the same as SOTECH’s Viper Flat IFAK system innovation that is now in use around the world. The double flap provides full enclosure retention, quick access, and the ability to easily access contents or to rip the insert out completely. The pouch can be worn lower back on a riggers belt or padded belt, thigh drop, vest or pack. The internal panel is also set up for speed access while other designs are a morass of elastic loops.

SOTECH will also display improvements to its Medical Assault Combat Belt System allowing for multiple under belt attachments, as well as a new pouch marking system and a new modular medical pouch attachment system. Check out our booth in Charlotte at SOMSA Wednesday and Thursday.

Army Trade-In M32 40MM Grenade Launchers Released For Sale

TUCSON, AZ – May 3, 2019 – MILKOR USA INC has just released a small group of Army trade-in original M32 40mm Grenade Launchers for public sale. Only 53 units are ever being made available, and a number of them have already been claimed.

The M32 is a hand-held, gas-operated, semi-automatic, six-shot 40mm grenade launcher. Proudly made in the USA, the M32 fires all DODIC NATO and Standard 40mm (40x46mm) Low Velocity, Lethal, and Less Lethal grenades. All six of the M32s 40mm grenades can be fired in three seconds, effectively covering an area of 20 x 60 meters without reloading the weapon. With Low Velocity Grenades, the M32 is accurate for pin-point targets at distances of up to 125 meters, and has a maximum range of 400 meters.

Each sale will include: (1) M32 Grenade Launcher, (1) M2A1 Reflex Sight, (1) carry bag, (1) sling, and (1) 40mm cleaning kit. Some accessories may not be original issued equipment, but original issued equipment will be allocated on a first come, first served basis (while supplies last). Some launchers have been repaired or upgraded with current M32A1 generation parts. All launchers are functional, but as actual issued and fielded weapons, they have varying degrees of wear. Some launchers may have squad markings etched or painted on the exterior. Other signs of use/customization by the original user may be present.

Buyer is responsible for taxes, transfer costs, and all other applicable fees. Full payment is required to begin ATF transfer paperwork. If the Form 4 is denied, we will refund all payments less a $200.00 processing fee. Guns are sold AS-IS. Buyer must sign an end-user agreement.
