Magpul Flight Glove 2.0

Thursday, January 13th, 2022

Magpul has updated their popular Flight Glove to a 2.0 configuration. The change is mainly due to the addition of touch screen compatible fingertips (three fingers) due to the wide proliferation of digital screens in cockpits and the use of touch screen enabled End User Devices by ground forces. However, they’ve also beefed up the construction a bit without sacrificing dexterity.

They feature Flash-resistant Nomex and Kevlar back of hand for flame and anti-static protection along with durable and soft one-piece goatskin leather palm and finger construction for enhanced feel and control of firearms.

Black, Coyote, and Sage in sizes S-2XL.

Freedom over Money … Froglube Decides Not To Attend SHOT Show 2022

Thursday, January 13th, 2022

GREETINGS TO ALL OUR FRIENDS AND SUPPORTERS

It is with a degree of sadness that after 10 years of attendance, we have decided to end our presence at the annual National Shooting Sports Foundation SHOT SHOW in Las Vegas, NV.

Since COVID struck in 2020, FrogLube attempted to continue our participation in SHOT SHOW despite unlawful, cost prohibitive and convoluted restrictions imposed by the governor of the state of Nevada. We looked to NSSF to stand up for our industry and to pressure the state authorities into allowing our trade show to return to normal. As a small business, any attempt to engage in commercial interaction with our customers under constantly changing, unrealistic and absurd restrictions is cost prohibitive and places an undue burden on our company.

We do not question the reality of the COVID 19 disease, in fact, most of us have had it. At issue is that a disease is not sufficient cause for the removal of god-given/inalienable rights by any man, government agency or commercial enterprise. Does the governor of Nevada restrict trade show attendance for any other communicable diseases with transmissibility? FrogLube and NSF engage in free enterprise in an industry that uses individual rights as a selling point to attract people to purchase our firearms products. We find the NSF stance is mutually incompatible to the expression of both the 1st and 2nd amendments of the US Constitution. How can we stress the 2nd amendment at the show while yielding on the 1st amendment?

We did attempt to persuade the NSSF to cope with these issues, but we got no relief. We found ourselves stuck in an ethical dilemma, where we might have to choose to compromise on our company ethos in order to continue our attendance.

At FrogLube, we come from military and law enforcement backgrounds and we share lifetimes of service to our country, our citizens and the protection of their rights. For us, the decision is freedom over money. We choose freedom,

Owners,

Larry & Stacy Lasky

Magpul Introduces DAKA Lite Pouches

Thursday, January 13th, 2022

Offered in Small, Medium, and Large the new Magpul DAKA Lite Pouches are bit thinner than what you’re used to, but it was done to save weight.

Made from 70D TPU-coated nylon they are RF welded and have an integral YKK AquaGuard water-repellant zippered opening with an injection molded zipper-pull as well as carabiner attachment points.

Testers tell me that they are plenty durable and if you’re carrying them on your back, those saved ounces will add up.

Offered in Black, FDE and Grey.

B&T USA Introduces All-New SPC9 Series

Thursday, January 13th, 2022

Tampa, FL (January 13, 2022) – B&T USA is excited to introduce its all-new SPC9-series. Born from a European tender requesting a 9mm carbine with the same handling characteristics and ergonomics as the AR platform; the all-new SPC9 incorporates many of the features found on the B&T APC9, MP5 and
AR platforms combined into one, very versatile platform. Lightweight and reliable, well balanced and accurate, safe and modular — the SPC9 checks all the boxes and is one of the lightest recoiling 9mm carbines available, thanks to B&T’s innovative and effective hydraulic buffer system.

“As is the case with virtually every product B&T develops, the SPC9 was created because a professional entity asked us to do it” said Jon Scott, Vice President of Sales, B&T USA. “B&T developed the SPC9-series at the request of a European Police Unit, who immediately adopted it in large numbers. Since that time, several variants have been developed to meet other needs and B&T USA will be offering five variations, to start. Those are inclusive of a 4.5-inch barreled PDW, integrally suppressed PDW-SD, 9-inch Standard, integrally suppressed Standard SD and a 16-inch carbine slated for later in the year.”

Some of the features found on the SPC9 are time proven while others are state-of-the-art and modern. One of the unique features of SPC9-series is that it is equipped with two different charging handle systems. One of these is the handle found on AR platforms, while the other is a non-reciprocating, foldable charging handle located above the barrel. This gives the user the choice to use whatever manual of arms that is preferred; both systems are ambidextrous.

Magpul Enhanced Ejection Port Cover

Thursday, January 13th, 2022

There’s some cool new stuff this week, but this is one of my favorites. It’s a polymer Ejection Port Cover. I see people running around without Ejection Port Covers and I just don’t get it. It is one of the most important features on that rifle.

It might seem insignificant to many, but I am not a fan of the Mil Spec Ejection Port Cover. Apparently, neither is Magpul. They have greatly simplified the design and installation.

The Magpul Enhanced Ejection Port Cover is made from injection molded polymer and is much easier to install than the GI version.

Offered in Black, FDE and OD Green.
