Your Responsibilities as a Retail Store Associate:

• Customer Service Excellence: Build rapport with customers, provide accurate information, and assist in product selection to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate your knowledge of products and inventory to guide customers in their purchases.

• Store Maintenance: Keep the retail floor and workspace clean, organized, and welcoming.

• Cash Register Operations: Efficiently and accurately process all cash register transactions.

• Product Handling: Receive, replenish, and process incoming product flow to keep the store stocked.

• Complaint Resolution: Address customer questions or issues regarding products and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Educational Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Experience: Knowledge of tactical gear is required; previous retail experience is a plus.

• Skills:

o Strong knowledge of firearms, tactical gear, emergency response equipment, and military terminology.

o Excellent customer service communication skills.

o Ability to engage with a wide range of customers and provide helpful product recommendations.

o Flexibility to work all assigned shifts based on store volume.

o Self-motivated and able to work independently.

o Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.

o Strong interpersonal skills to interact with both customers and the senior management team.
