What You’ll Do: As a key member of our Project Management Office, you’ll lead a cross-functional team that includes Electrical Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Embedded Software Engineers, Supply Chain personnel, Quality Engineers, & Manufacturing personnel to develop products that meet the customers needs while meeting the budget, cost, and timeline goals. You’ll use your expertise to motivate teams and track the progress of the project milestones.

• Work with the project teams to develop product requirements, project schedules, and milestones that meet or exceed customer expectations.

• Address root cause issues using problem-solving skills and execute contingency planning with the project team to keep schedules on track
