Post SHOT Show Wrapup – TSSI Offering Last Remaining Arc’teryx LEAF Sphinx Pants

Just a reminder that TSSI has the entire final production run of 500 pair of Arc’teryx LEAF Sphinx pants. As a Special Operations Equipment Tailored Logistics System Vendor, TSSI has purchased the entire run and will offer them not only for unit and agency purchase but also to individual customers.

Manufactured from four-way stretch Tweave 520e, the Sphinx pant is both wind resistant and durable. Available in MultiCam, the pants feature Two slash front pockets, Two calf pockets with flaps, Two tool pockets with Cordura reinforcement, Two rear pockets with angled access and Two cargo pockets with flaps.

3 New MultiCam Fabrics at SHOT Show

Three new MultiCam fabrics from 1947, LLC at the Crye Precision booth #32403 next week at Shot Show.

Soar Coat™ Plus is a 30D 1.1oz nylon – Silicone coated on both sides, soft, quiet and packable, 64” cuttable. It’s a high performance coated fabric with a durable silicone coating. It is precision engineered for consistent performance and dependability. It is tested and certified for reliability. The fabric characteristics include light weight, zero air permeability, waterproof, high breaking strength and a tear resistant ripstop weave.

Alpha Terry fabric is an 8.0 oz single sided fleece. nIR compliant – 100% Polyester soft-shell, fleece backed with a DWR finish. This is a durable fabric and will provide good range of motion for the user. The inner surface of this expedition weight fabric is brushed for against-the-skin comfort and the jersey outer surface provides ease of layering. This fabric is ideal for providing comfort in extreme weather.

500 Denier Westridge™ CORDURA® RIP-STOP – Same as standard 500D but with the surface interest of rip-stop. Abrasion resistant, urethane coated with a DWR finish. Ideal for tactical vests and packs.

Milipol – Lowa Innox GTX Mid TF in MultiCam

The title pretty much sums it up. The Lowa Task Force Innox GTX Mid is coming early next year in MultiCam. A French customer has already placed an order and they will be available to European customers. There are currently no plans to bring these into the US. Rather a “digital camouflage” model will offered in the US instead. The boot is currently offered in Black and Coyote.

The Innox incorprates a Gore-Tex lining, a PU injected midsole with their proprietary PU Monowrap frame construction for stability along with the NXat sole unit for traction and stability.

DSEI – Brigantes Consulting

Combining an outdoor industry and military pedigree, Brigantes Consulting displayed several interesting developmental items in the DMM booth.

First up is a NEOshell suit in MultiCam from Montane who also happens to be sponsoring the 2016 British Services Dhaulagiri Medical Research Expedition. The garment was designed for a UK military organization.

Additionally, Brigantes Consulting Ltd displayed a MultiCam variant of the Deuter Guide 45 for mountaineering work.
