Four Colt Cobra Revolver Models Approved For Sale In California

WEST HARTFORD, CONN., (July 26, 2019) — Four Colt revolvers have been added to California’s “certified for sale” roster approved by the state’s Department of Justice. Each handgun passed all firing, safety, and drop tests required for certification and can now be legally purchased in California through licensed firearms dealers.

Models now available for sale in California include the 2” stainless matte Cobra with fiber-optic front sight (SM2FO) and its big brother, the brushed stainless steel, 3”.357 magnum King Cobra with brass bead front sight (KCOBRA-SB3BB). Most recently approved are two variations of the 2”, matte black DLC coated, .38 special Night Cobra – one with custom Colt G10 grips and night sight (COBRA-MB2NS), the other with hyena brown grips and a brass bead sight (COBRA- MB2BB-HB). The approved models are currently shipping to California dealers and are available for purchase.

“We have a loyal customer base in California, and we are following state-mandated protocol to ensure as many of our models as possible are available to them,” said Justin Baldini, Director of Marketing at Colt. “We are happy to know that California residents will have the chance to become Colt owners and we encourage them to stop by any of our stocking dealers. Schiebel Camcopter S-100 to Perform Coast Guard Services for European Maritime Safety Agency in the Republic of Croatia

Vienna, 23 July 2019 – The Maritime Safety Directorate of the Ministry of Sea, Transport and Infrastructure of the Republic of Croatia issued the first mobilization request to the European Maritime Safety Agency (EMSA) for CAMCOPTER® S-100 maritime surveillance services.

Starting in the summer of 2019, the service provision for Croatia will assist in maritime Coast Guard functions such as search and rescue, monitoring and surveillance, ship and port security, vessel traffic, environmental protection and response, ship casualty assistance, as well as accident and disaster response. For these purposes, the CAMCOPTER® S-100 Unmanned Air System (UAS) will be based on the island of Brac? and will carry out regular patrolling flights, on-demand incident monitoring missions and specific inspection operations. The S-100 will execute these tasks equipped with an L3 Wescam Electro-Optical / Infra-Red (EO/IR) camera gimbal, an Overwatch Imaging PT-8 Oceanwatch payload and an Automatic Identification System (AIS) receiver.

EMSA awarded the multi-year maritime surveillance contract for a Vertical Takeoff and Landing (VTOL) Remotely Piloted Aircraft System (RPAS) to Schiebel in November 2018. In execution of this contract, Schiebel will provide simultaneous maritime surveillance services to several European Union (EU) member states and EU bodies.

Mod 1 LE upper receivers) by the Washoe County Sheriff’s Office (NV) SWAT team. FirstSpear Friday Focus – TORN Warriors

Stay tuned with FirstSpear TV this weekend as they make there way to Nevada for the inaugural kick off fundraiser for TORN Warriors, a nonprofit developed for disabled veterans and wounded service members that helps empower them through off-road driving, racing, and shooting events.

The two day shooting and riding event will be held this weekend with a raffle on Saturday the 27th with proceeds going to offset costs for future events including the first professional race in August – Best in the Desert’s Vegas to Reno. Driven by Curt Caruso 25-year veteran of the USMC and the navigator will be double amputee Clint Trial who you may have seen recently receiving the Purple Heart from POTUS.

The raffle will include hand crafted knives and firearms built by veterans along with more awesome industry kit.
