An IFAK Pouch that Masquerades as a Rifle Mag, Grenade, and Radio Pouch

In 2023 we perfected our Delta Omega pouch which has been described as an all-encompassing pouch, but it started as a medical pouch combined with a rifle magazine pouch. We were expanding our MARCH medic belt set and found that some of our Special Forces Medics were dropping pre-packed med modules into rifle magazine slots and pouches. So, we expanded our Delta Omega pouch to accept our compression IFAK sleeve insert which is an advancement over our V.I.P.E.R IFAK insert.

We also have medical tool elastic loop trays called OrgBoards that drop into the pouches making this a highly versatile pouch system. As a dedicated IFAK we prefer our new Compressed VIPER Flat IFAK which can be closed and worn as a vertical draw or open as a horizontal sleeve on your lower back.

The option to switch between the full flap and the elastic speed draw cord arrangement gives the medic the option to personalize the draw. IWI’s MFBS represents a unique design which addresses the challenge of combining co witness back up iron sights with higher reflex sights alongside various accessories on the picatinny rail. It is specifically developed to conserve the valuable space on the rail without compromising the availability of back-up sights, thus ensuring weapon reliability and functionality whenever needed and under any environmental conditions.

Enforce Tac 24 – Tilak Operator Pant

Tilak has released an Operator Pant to go with the Operator Jacket we showed during last year’s Enforce Tac and remains one of my favorite pieces. This is a great combo, with full articulation and mapped fabric applications.

This level 5 pant features three different fabrics. It shares two of them with the jacket but you’ll also notice the abrasion resistant anti-scuff patch reinforcement.

The Operator Pant features two zippered cargo pockets at the thighs along with the usual front slash pockets. However, as these are all business, there are no rear pockets. Instead, the seat is made from the same high tenacity fabric at the knees. You’ll also not that those knee reinforcements accept removable knee pads.
