Tuesday, August 9th, 2011

We are running a giveaway on Facebook for our 2000th Like. These are the giveaway contents. Write a comment telling us your favorite outdoor activity and we will pick a lucky reader tomorrow at 1600 Zulu. The contents are an Arc’teryx cap, two patches from McNett, a bottle opener from Remote Medical Systems and a 7.62 FAST mag from ITW.

The cap is a true limited edition from Arc’teryx. These will only ever be given away at trade shows and are manufactured from a softshell fabric from the Veilance line. You may have seen JF sporting one over the last year. If you are absolute fiend for the Dirty Dino and missed OR, this may be the only way you will ever get one.

Offer void where prohibited.

Atom LT Pullover

Wednesday, August 3rd, 2011

In my opinion, the Arc’teryx Atom LT is their best value for performance and cost. It’s comfortable and stylish, but not flashy. It can be layered or worn as an outer garment, depending on conditions. And now, it’s available as a pullover. Insulated with Coreleft 60â„¢, the Atom LT Pullover also incorporates underarm stretch panels made from Polartec® Power Stretch® with Hardfleece® Technology. The softshell is wind resistant with a DWR coating. So long as you remain active it can work as an outergarment in all but downpours. The 1/2 zip front opening helps regulate your temperature.

Like all Arc’teryx garments, it features an articulated fit and is lightweight as well as compressible. The 1/2 zip only improves its packability. Unlike the standard Atom LT, the Pullover only has a single internal pocket. Available size Small – XXLarge in Black only.
