This is the Fight Lite Plate Carrier in US4CES OCIE pattern.
The new TNVC Base Jump Lanyard is specifically designed for the Ops Core Base Jump Helmet. It incorporates a Wilcox Retractable Lanyard Module and requires no modification to the helmet during installation. Drilling helmets is not endorsed by either TNVC nor Ops Core. The strap system features dual-sided micro hook/loop that sandwiches between the inner helmet shell and pads. The lanyard is held very secure, providing a low profile, elegant solution to retaining expensive Night Vision Goggles. The TNVC Base Jump Lanyard keeps your NVG’s from hitting the deck if the mount becomes dislodged during use. The system is available in black or tan and is available now.
Matthew Cox over at Military.com has a great article identifying the companies that have been down selected for the US Army Individual Carbine program. He says Colt Defense LLC, Heckler & Koch, Remington Arms Company and Adcor Defense Inc have made the cut to compete in Phase II.

The upcoming 5.11 Tactical Plate Carrier was a soft launch at SHOT Show but has been pretty much kept under wraps since then. They’ve refined the design a little but for the most part it’s remained unchanged.
Constructed of LiteLok, it features a die cut pile MOLLE field along (with flat admin pocket behind) with a kangaroo style flap with integrated magazine pouches. The flaps for these mag pouches can be tucked out of the way. It is a center pull quick release with cables over both shoulders. There is also a skeletonized cummerbund. Additionally, there is an integrated drag strap in the rear.
Look for the Plate Carrier to be available is this Fall.
ADS Inc teamed up with Guy Cramer of Hyperstealth Biotechnology Corp to answer the US Army’s call for a family of camouflage patterns consisting of Transitional, Desert, and Woodland patterns with an optional pattern for organizational clothing and equipment.
Their entry, called US4CES (pronounced U-S forces) was selected as a finalist and awaits operational testing later this Summer.
Here you can see an Underway Uniform in the Woodland US4CES variant with an LBT plate carrier and pack in the OCIE pattern. Keep your eyes peeled for more photos soon.

The makers of the popular Decon Zone ozone sanitation system have come up with an innovative new product released today at Warrior West. The Eliminator is designed specifically to dry as well as sanitize hand wear, footwear, and other similar PPE with a combination of warm air and ozone pumped through the 40 mounting tubes.
There are also elbow adaptors to get into the toe box of footwear. Additionally, each row of tubes can be turned on or off. Finally, The Eliminator is portable but must be used out of doors due to the generation of bacteria killing ozone.
